Career and TransitionCoaching Services
Edstellar's career and transition coaching gives leaders changing role, level or direction a certified coach and a confidential space to find their path, on an AI-assisted platform built for coaching. Ten to twelve hours of one-on-one coaching over six to eight months, focused on landing well in the next chapter.
Career and transition coaching for leaders at a crossroads.
Edstellar’s career and transition coaching is built for the people navigating a change in role, level or direction, and for those who need to find clarity before the next move.
Employees changing role or function
Moving from one function to another, or from a specialist role into a generalist one: coaching helps the leader read the new landscape fast and build credibility where they have no track record.
People stepping up to a senior level
A promotion into a significantly bigger role brings a different set of expectations, relationships and exposure. Coaching helps leaders step into the new level without carrying the habits of the last one.
Employees returning after time away
A career break, parental leave or health absence: returning to work is its own transition. Coaching helps the leader rebuild confidence, re-establish their identity and find the right path back.
People rethinking their direction
When the current path no longer fits, coaching gives leaders the space to think clearly, understand what they want and find a direction they can commit to.
ICF, ICC and EMCC certified
Every coach is certified and vetted by Edstellar before Meridian can recommend them.

Career and transition coaching benefits for the whole organization.
Transition coaching supports the moments when people most need it and when losing them would cost the most. Every program is designed around six benefits.
Transitions that land well
Each person's objective is linked to the transition they are making, from a new role to a return to work. Coaching closes the gap between the old position and the new one.
- Objective and track agreed for every person
- Progress reviewed at the mid-point and at the end
A confidential space to think clearly
Transitions are rarely discussed openly at work. Sessions on Meridian stay between the person and their coach, so the conversation goes where it needs to.
- Session content never shared with the organization
- The person chooses what the final summary shares
A certified coach, well matched
Every coach is certified by the ICF (PCC or MCC), ICC or EMCC and vetted by Edstellar. Meridian recommends; the person chooses.
- Certified and vetted before they are recommended
- A free chemistry session before anyone commits
Retention through the hardest moments
People who feel stuck, overwhelmed or directionless are most at risk of leaving. Coaching gives them a reason to stay and a path forward.
- Coaching offered at the moments of highest attrition risk
- One program view for your CHRO on Meridian
Promotions that stick
Stepping up without support is one of the most common reasons new leaders struggle. Coaching paces the transition so the person grows into the role.
- Tracks for onboarding into seniority and role transition
- Coaching paced across six to eight months
People who return with confidence
Employees returning from a career break or parental leave often feel left behind. Coaching rebuilds confidence and makes the return a strong one.
- Track designed specifically for returning to work
- A certified coach matched to the person's situation
How an Edstellar career and transition coaching program runs.
Meridian is the AI-assisted platform behind Edstellar transition coaching. Six steps take each person from nomination to a final summary they control, over six to eight months; your CHRO sees progress at every step, and the coaching itself stays between person and coach.
Nominate the person
Your CHRO or program admin adds the person on Meridian with their situation, objective and focus areas. The person agrees to take part.
Match a coach
In a 30-minute video session, the person reviews the certified coaches Meridian recommends and chooses one. The CHRO can join if the person wants them there.
Chemistry session
A free 30-minute session to test the fit, confirm the objective, choose one of the six transition tracks and agree the schedule.
Coaching sessions
Ten to twelve hours of one-on-one coaching on Meridian. The person sets the focus, the coach prepares, and an assignment carries the work forward.
Mid-point check-in
Halfway through, person and coach review progress against the objective and adjust the plan for the hours ahead.
Final review and summary
The final session agrees what the person will keep doing, and they choose what the CHRO sees in the final summary.
Confidential transition coaching, by design on Meridian.
The coaching stays private. Your organization still sees that the engagement is on track. Here is the same Meridian screen, marked with what each side sees.
The coaching itself
Session notes, assignments, the coach’s preparation and the employee’s reflections.
That it is on track
Objective, track, hours used, progress, check-ins and the final summary the employee chooses to share.
Only the matching session
The coach matching session, and only if the employee wants them there.
Leaders open up, sponsors still see progress.
Session content, notes and assignments stay between person and coach. Your CHRO sees sessions held, hours used, progress against the objective and the final summary the person chooses to share.
